i wont pretend to know what your on about as i dont and have not read your previous post to this "update".

But this is really very very simple to remedy.

It goes something along the lines of FUCK EM'!! But to do this and mean it you really need to be in the frame of mind of a person that REALLY does not give a toss and that i know is easier said than it is done, after all these are people you prob still believe are your friends when in truth they are not.

See them for what they really are and move on, dont let it worry you.

I don,t know you personally.......but,get a grip fella.....do what l,ve always done ....just tell yourself most people don,t like ya and your laughing. This is the soul scene after all. You know who your true friends are - they're the ones that give you love, time and support when and how YOU need it, are there through thick and thin and if necessary go out of there way to do things for you.

As for the others - keep them at arms length! Don't let em know that they're bothering you - in fact keep talking to them, laughing etc even if its obvious they don't actually want to 'give' anything to you - and are just there to 'take'. Once you've got your head round the fact that you are in control of the situation - you'll find it will affect them far more than it affects you!

I'm not sure if we know each other but it sounds as though outwardly you have a strong personality - even if mentally its a bit quavery. Always remember that many people would kill for this confidence and personality - and if they don't have it will do there best to destroy it in others.

Now hold your head up high, shoulders back, tits out - and show em that f*ck off attitude!

Those of you who may have read my comments last time will remember i told just how much i was enjoying the whole experience like i used to,and i had many nice coments about my refreshing upbeat commentsm from friends and people i didn't know.

How fickle the scene is sad to say recently friends have filtered back to me snippets of info relating to some rather nasty, and bewildering comments made to them by people who i regaed as long term matesm, i make a point of not wanting to know details, but apparently suggesting they keep well away. Individually its laughable but when taken whole its giving me quite a lot of stress, as there is no history of anything untoward in our years of aquaintence, or any apparent motive or gain for them.

But of late it seems that our particular group who would be together at events are far less talkative, to me in particular, leaving me with the feelings of self dount that once were my bane, and me more and more taking myself off , and Sandi left alone. Just to say you are all entitled to make up your own opinions, but we have not to our knowledge done anything to put our friendships in jeapordy
