Ted Taylor it most surely is. Just you and Mark Taylor (Binsy) got the artist! It's an unreleased track by him from the early 70's. To me it sounds like a mixture between 'can I change my mind' and strangely enough 'Randy Brown - We ought to be doing it'. Think it'll get a few spins when it gets released methinks? I love it!
