about 3-4 years ago it was relatively not that known and was rare but £150 mark

Since it got big exposure its become a£500-£700 job

I personally think it should be back around the £250 mark but Demand always pushes prices up rather than real rarity value!huh.gif

Sure I saw one sold at Sheridan's for around £400, that was up to 5/6 years ago.

so you'd say around the 700£ mark maximum that means the one i could get is way too expensive....

would anyone sell his for 700£?

The problem is all about popularity and copies available.

If it wasnt that poular at the moment and it had had its indemand tag it probably would be back down to around £400 - £500 but as its still a priority on many wants list its going to be a tough one even at £700 as aprevious poster said one sold for alot more.

Its a minefield out there.

Mind and matter 7 years ago was a1kl record - Now because its had its day its a £300 record

Just looked back at my database, sold one last year for £600, do remember that it sold within a few hours of being listed and took another six calls on it that same day.

SO CHANCES ARE DAVE YOU COULD HAVE PUT ANOTHER COUPLE OR THREE HUNDRED ON IT AND STILL GOT A QUICK SALE

Yes and no, that was a price that seemed fair to me and one I was happy with.

I'm more interested in having sales daily, rather than ringing every last penny out of things. Thats why I also don't auction much stuff, get them sold and go off to the states and find more stuff.

I would say that`s the going rate for a copy, that`s what i see one it go for about 2/3 years ago on a well known auction last time i looked and only one person bid on it.

Right Attitude Dave

Whats the point of having a website with lists of stuff that never sells cos its priced too much.

Thats what I hate about charity shops these days selling Beatles albums for £15-20 cos the book says so and then I really piss them off when I get a rare 45 out of them for 50p and the cheeky blighters then ask if Im going to give a donation!

yer probably right nev. i thought i saw it as an ended with a buy it now. lets face it, it shouldnt sell for that anyway. i think its £750 tops.but one would have to be faced with one and have money in the pocket and that would always count me out
