More than 2 seconds on mine.

It was just designed to be a marketing gimmick rather than an actual collectible record I reckon. Otherwise they'd have pressed them on proper vinyl rather than that crappy plastic they used.

Mine plays fine but hisses on the out groove if thats what you call it on a 4" disc.

While on the topic of Mayer Hawthorne he's on live tonight in Leeds & tomorrow in Birmingham. Well worth checking out & I wish I'd known earlier.

Yeh, I thought it was going to be a nice to have, in fact it is, its just a pity as you say the vinyl is poor and there's the noise at the end...So I've got one to sell!!!!!

Hi John,

I've got the same problem with mine. More than 2 seconds of schoooo schooo! I think they are all faulted but a friend of mine says that his record is fine. Don't know what to think really.

Mine's the same - however there are copies where the end is fine, but half a minute in the middle was buggered - so it's swings and roundabouts.

There is a recording in Refosoul with the middle bit cut out and the end is fine (click my last played).

I think that there's a download you can buy too. If anyone seriously wanted to play it out in non-digital form you'd be better getter a carver done from that.

Thanks for the interst guys, A carver was my first thought until i found out about the 4", as i said i now have two now and accept they are all faulty in some way. Pity really.

Mine came with the LP and plays perfect so must be another run, they are all low volume due to the size of the thing and compressed grooves.

it does have a few small ticks at the start but it,s because it uses the original recording which has them too.

mines crap for the last 3rd of the record right into the run out, maybe a just case to make the

label owners come clean and explain as to be honest i, like a lot of people probably bought

the album just to get this track, bit off a rip off i think, Rick
