At a guess, it is probably the Jennifer Wells as on Genuine Records! If you like that style of painting, you may want to watch a set of YouTube clips of a rock'n'roll fan painting a picture of Danny Williams. Trouble is it doesn't even have 'Outsider art' charm, it has 'making every possible error in making a painting' charm. At least with so called 'Outsider art' there's some semblance of personality invested in the work, at least, even if they're technically lacking.
