May 19, 201015 yr Can see where your coming from Tony but Double exposure is actually a really good Phlly sounding version It certainly holds it's own for me ..the good thing is theyre both cheap lp's Don't misunderstand me, I like it too, but it does run Eddie Holman a decided second 24-7-365. As others have said, Eddie's is one of the best records in the entire Salsoul catalogue (even though it's not even his own best on the label). I'm not having that Double Exposure has the edge, especially from someone who knows his Philly well enough to know better as Nelly does!
