Little-stevie Posted May 9, 2010 Author Posted May 9, 2010 just spent a few hours with Dave Rimmer into the wee hours chilling.... Dave pulled this out his box and hit the spot at the sun was coming up... Yet another flip that will always pass some of us by.... I will always continue to find hidden gems on flip sides... King for day is a tune that i thought i may have heard before but not sure, not sure at all... Mr Goldfish they call me round these parts.... Nothing like a tune hitting the spot at just the right time as they say,,,
Tony Turner Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 Didn't Guy Hennigan play it at Stafford covered up as Whit Williams? Also the same backing track to Jock Mitchell-Nomad Woman
Munchkin Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 Didn't Guy Hennigan play it at Stafford covered up as Whit Williams? Also the same backing track to Jock Mitchell-Nomad Woman Both sides played at stafford and still hate it to this day .............
Chalky Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 Surprised you didn't know it Stevie, I thought both sides were as well known as each other?
Jumpinjoan Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 KFAD has been played a lot over the years. For me, Jock Mitchell is a far better, much more soulful tune
