There was loads of Imber stuff out there in the late eighties, welly's, dungarees, and the occasional Imber Cap. I think they are quite collectable now days and pop up from time to time on e-bay

I have absolutely no idea...they probably thought it looked good nothing more, nothing less...at least they got the English kinda correct, unlike a lot of other t.shirts etc seen on the streets of Japan and Asia...check this link out for a load of laughs >>> PRESS HERE <<<

It's far sadder to go to venues in the UK, and see people wearing the uniform!!

At least abroad they can use a plea of "me no understand", it was all they had in Oxfam

And of course thers that fashion victim thing, yes we did wear that stuff, but if you did then you would never do it again..surely.

WOULD YOU???????

It took me ages to sew those patches on my jacket, how long did it take you to change them with a computer? (lol). Barry, KGB, KTF.

Nooooooooooooooo , I can see them now in the East Mids .

I did see a tee shirt over the weekend in a shop made by Ben Sherman , it had prints of records on the front and a badge that said ''Northern Soul , it's a way of live'' , luckily the colours would not have matched the jacket.

Looks like they forgot to embroider 'England' on the first one - or is it common practise out there to end a sentence with a comma? ohmy.gif

Russell, I can assure you that the pain soon turns to a grin when you see the mostly innocent, yet often amusing errors, on a daily basis! Maybe, just maybe, the person, who put this design together, looks through the mails on here in search of inspiration for obvious poor grammar and inappropriate wording!?!

OK, get your orders in quick folks, the Spring range will soon be gone!
