Derek Pearson and special guest Angus Oldfield from Barnsley

Shades Of Soul 21.00-22.00pm.

Bradford Community Based Radio BCB106.6FM

For his first ever visit into a studio at BCB Radio we welcome tonight's guest Angus Oldfield from Barnsley. I've known him since at least the mid '90's and his philophosy on collecting records and indeed his taste in music is quite similar to mine. His playlist confirms his top end selections.

Tonight's show is dedicated to an old mate of mine who I've known since the late '70s. You name a club from the last 30 years and there's a fair chance we went to it. Sadly he passed away quietly last week or so leaving behind a massive massive group of people who were pleased to call him their friend.

Kyle Magill rest in peace where ever you are. We miss you. I miss you. I'm glad you were a friend of mine. Take care mate, Derek x

Expect the weird. Expect the wonderful. And that's just the guests...

And as usual if you're interested in hearing the show live there's 2 ways to go about it first try the good old 106.6FM frequency on your radio if you live within say 10 miles of the studio and secondly through t' wonders of the world wide web www.bcbradio.co.uk

Onwards,

Derek

All Era's. All styles. All over the place. And you know it.
