imminent house move has forced me into another clear out of stuff. looking through old albums etc, i've found some real goodies released on the old MFP/Sounds superb labels.

I think i'll have another dig in the boxes

i remember this series introducing me to Soulful Shack by Smokey & Miracles (not first release tho' on make it happen album) - bit pop-py but instant and danceable, that you don't hear too often if at all.

Also wasn't Baby Hit and Run out first on this before the 45, think so but can't remember

Pretty certain I have a Canadian Tamla Motown Isley's LP with MLIYL - although a different cut to the UK MFP release from memory.. Perhaps someone else can confirm this as it would take me an age to try & locate the album.

There's definately a European (from the early 80s) Motown LP that has it on = The Isleys Greatest Hits.
