Guest Dante Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 I just got this Bell Studios record (vinyl, not proper acetate). The track is Help Yourself, there's a clip below, so judge for yourselves. B side is Help Yourself (Instrumental), but it's not the backing track, it's a nice funk instro. It doesn't have any artist name on the label, just the title of the songs, Not For Sale and, below, © Ex-Lax Inc, 1973. The catalogue nombers are EX-VO 73 and EX-IN 73 wich stands for vocal and instrumental I suppose. In the deadwax there's only the normal Bell Sounds stamps and the catalogue numbers scratched in. Hope someone can identify this thing for me... UNCREDITED - HELP YOURSELF - BELL SOUND STUDIOS -
Pete S Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 © Ex-Lax Inc Now that has negated the need for any comment from me

Guest Dante Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 A bit lost here. Are those laxative jokes????
Guest Dante Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 Sounds a bit country and western to me. Can't find the country nor the western myself. Specially in the B-Side... Anyone else has any info?
