Check out 'Sugar Shack' by him - it's a dead ringer for Dee Clarks 'That's My Girl' and knocks this into a cocked hat... not sure if Dee Clark is a rip off or it's the other way around.

It's the other way round. "Sugar Shack" came out in April 1963, "That's My Girl" was recorded in November of the same year... Jimmy was on the board of directors of the company that I worked for in the mid 90s. He's a very nice man and I'm sure he'd be terribly amused to know he was now an R&B artist!

Nige B DOT one is good, but i prefer the Stateside version too. Stateside one seems much harder to find. Although i have seen a demo recently....
