Shades of Blue?

No .

The side in question saw release TWICE on the SAME label , in 1967 : once as the A side , and the other as the B Side .

The Shades Of Blue who did " Oh How Happy " , were a blue-eyed / white soul vocal group from Livonia , Michigan , a suburb of Detroit .
