I'm hearing Joss Stone's version of Sugar Billy (Garner)'s Super Duper Love from 1974 on Fast Track records, on the radio all the time. Quite good without meaning to be patronising. However, you can find the original for less than a tenner & it's well worth it. Great slower funky soul tune, superb vocals & organ/guitar backing.

totally agree!!!good as the cover is, i just wish these artists and dj's would give some credit to the original version, especially the oft claimed more enlighted 'muso' radio shows.

Anybody remember another Sugar Billy tune, my memory is dodgy, but think it was called "Sugar Pie"? Came out around 1974 a real blitz of high energy funk!

I rate the Joss Stone version over the Sugar Billy:-/

I've got a spare Joss Stone on ltd edition 7" if anyone wants it? £10 inc postage to the UK.
