Russ Vickers Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 Dear Auntie Soul I have collected records for over 20 years, I'm actually well into my third collection, but no matter how many records I own its never enough & the pursuit of even more Rare Soul Vinyl is a daily obsession. I have searched for certain records for years, but even if I eventually get lucky it s never enough to satisfy my thirst, in fact I have even sold certain records, only to find that when I dont have them any more I gotta get it back. My wife thinks I'm sick..............am I ???. Will the illness ever stop ?........ Your advise & comments welcomed. Russ

I have found much and this only makes me want more... My wife says i have enough now but i tell her its the quantity i want to go with the quality i already have... I wait each day for the postman to rattle my box with another one, it makes me happy and its the only pleasure i have apart from watching Deal Or No Deal.... My wife don't understand, she says that Noel Edmunds is wearing his trousers way to high Its not just me... I have joined an internet forum called soul source and found many other men and some women, we all have a thirst for this 7 inch black thing.... Some are really crazy and go for the 12 inch too at times We aint too fussed where we get it from, Chris Anderton/ Mr Manship/ Soul searcher/ Craig Moorer/Pikeys Dog/ MR sOUL 45S/ Tim Brown /Mossy and many others have been giving it to us for many years and we still want more.. We sometimes buy it blind too out of the back of car boots at Cleethorpes and Prestatyn.. My wife calls me Martini and says anyplace, any how, anywhere, she is correct.. Sometimes we take it in any condition but none of us like it when its scratched.. I have had some 7 inch and really liked it and then given it to some other person, years later i really miss it and ask for the same one back, they tell me yes but it will cost you £1,000.. please please help.... Kev Moore Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 (edited) Dear Russ I have heard that there are good support groups scattered around the country although some people would recommend some over others. These usually take place in the middle of the night at weekends and people have been known to go into strange dancing fits. If the symptoms continue I suggest you go with the flow as I have known others with a similar disposition and frankly they say there is no known cure. Good Luck.
