I thought you never left edinburgh these days. i'm well bonnie thanks and yourself. As for the Kilt you still owe petrol money for all those lifts i gave you i must have been away by the time johnny bristol came. I missed Sam Dees too, but can remember Joshie Jo Armstead. It seemed like a long time ago now. Edited February 10, 2010 by Roual Galloway
Guest subbo Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 "never leave Edinburgh" . I don't even live there any more. I live in the sticks. As for fuel money. You got the wisdom of my thoughts on life(the return journey)! That's worth more than cash. I did have some of the best nights of my life there though. I just can't remember many details. How good was the music there though. Good times.

soulbrother61 Posted May 22, 2023 Posted May 22, 2023 Who is "Soulchasers" on here ? I remember Barney very well but hadn't seen him for years before his passing, also Gary Miller
Fdsoul6345789 Posted May 27, 2023 Posted May 27, 2023 Twas indeed the Dog's in its day. Fantastic venue Music simply sublime. In no doubt my top TWO best soul venues in Scotland never to be repeated. The other one was of course Allanton/ Shotts thanks to Mr O'hara. The nights at the Kilt boasted a crowd that were always up for it and the live acts were something special. Oh for a time machine. FANTASTIC CLUB.
