Yeah but even so Paul, your price is still more sensible, I'd feel guilty asking more than 300.

£300 is about right Pete. As I said People go crazy once Butch starts playing it and thats whats happened with Magicians. Its an old Stafford tune and been about a long time. Joans been playing it in her set for years , as have others. Then Butch plays it, they all look for it at once, demand goes up and prices get ridiculous!

My last copy I let go for £75 albeit was a whole 5 years ago now

By the way, the version on the Kent CD is a touch longer than the released 45
