No problem, I have had both, they sound the same. And yes, the non demo is black

This is a rare record so if you don't want a demo you might wait long for the next one to show up!

wouldn`t say rare...more a case of being indemand and therefore expensive. Had 1 demo and two issues over the years, so maybe the demo a tad "rarer". By the way Tommy, I remember having aired this four years ago at the LIDO for the first time...as you know the place very well you may imagine how said tune worked at that place. Fabulous.

maybe rare is not the right word? I don't think popsike is a "secure" site for telling if something is rare or not, but a search shows that only 4 copies sold from 2007 to 2009.. And on the other side, I remember Sami and Markus telling me that this was a "cut out" in Finland, not sure who many copies found.

Anyway, I can see how it worked at Lido Marc, it works well where ever I play it. I've never had so many questions after playing a record as this. Especially young people; "what da fu*** was that"?, and another; "What kind of DJmix was this?"

Remember watching one on ebay a few months back, black issue copy. Was as battered as the preverbial fish in a chip shop, label wrecked and the vinyl was crackly (putting it quite mildly)...........Went for $200+

Couldnt believe it. That is of course just the way of Ebay.

Dave Thorley sold one not so long back on his website for £85, wish i'd had some spare dosh at the time as i've been after one for ages since hearing it on Andy SMith's CD.

I reckon £120 - 150 should bag you a nice copy.

yes, this has shot up in demand/price the last 18 months to 2 years. The problem is that because they are styrene the distortion on VG+/VG copies can be terrible. But people are still paying 3 figures for mangled/borderline unplayable copies at the moment huh.gif I have a whie label demo, but I think I'll wait until it all dies down to cop a issue copy. unsure.gif

Yep, I bought a BIN copy for £85 on the Bay a couple of months back. It was listed as VG+ but no sound clip. It arrived and looked fine but was unplayable. Bloody styrene! I got a refund from the seller, who relisted it for auction with a soundclip. Sold for about £95. Some people are just crazy man.
