Guest carl_p Posted December 14, 2009 Posted December 14, 2009 I was always told they should be stored so they are in the vertical position. adding filler to make them perfectly vertical in a box or on a shelf.

Sleeps45 Posted December 15, 2009 Author Posted December 15, 2009 Sorry....had to do it. You might need some of these. https://www.bagsunlim...oduct_id=s7jhhd thanks..I may have to invest in some of the heavy duty sleeves..dont get me wrong..all of my records are not warping on me..but im noticing a handful with possible new devoloping warps..
Diggin' Dave Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 I've been wondering about the same thing a few months ago, but in retrospect I think it was just due to me sitting down in front of the turntable instead of standing up. With the 45s spinning in eyesight the warps were more noticeable. Didn't prevent me from freaking out and thinking the collection was slowly destroying itself though
Sleeps45 Posted December 15, 2009 Author Posted December 15, 2009 youre right..maybe im freaking out !! I pay good money for my records and cherish my collection..thank you
Mark S Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 Dont store them play them thus less vertical time
