I've a copy of Major Lance's Too Hot To Hold on Okeh but it has a small 45 which I've been told is a reissue but in this instance not so, is this true or have I been had?

Thanks

This ' big/small okeh logo' saga concerned me when I first purchased this 45. I know the large symbol rule applies to many of the Okeh releases however I believe this 45 is an exception. i have never seen a copy with a large Okeh symbol. I'm no soul scholar but I'm 95% sure that this 45 even with a small okeh label is an orginal.

boxing.gif Hi this is a rumar with fact ? i have heard about this release with a small 45, all I can say that the second press run of a few titles ptessed in late 71 started with #7245 inst moving foreward to #7249,#7251,#7271,#7274,#7277,#7281,#7284,#7291,#7293,# it is possible a second run went ahead? in fact as we all could of done with a repress of the 7 souls, certainly I am not a lable conpletest and my info based on what I have in personal collection, Bedford Pete is the man he has all the releases I m aware that some of the Demos came in Pcture Sleaves But My copy sleave is so water damaged I did not bother, also I have some brolliant OKeh Adverts Unpublished, ph34r.gifph34r.gif Dave Kil
