Guest Big Jim Slade Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Got a rather nice copy of Syl Johnson's Is It Because I'm Black LP for $360 set sale. This is the original Twinight pressing on the red label. If any of you want pictures and/or audio, I can get you that by Monday afternoon. I've reduced this from $400 to $360 since that's what I'll have to pay in eBay fees anyway. If there are no takers at this price, I'll put it for $410 set sale on eBay so act now if you want it. Cover grade: cover is NM- with no major defects. The only problem with the cover is minimal peeling along the top left seam. Aside from that, there's no discoloration, no seam splits, no cut corners, ringwear, or markings of any kind. LP grade: by Goldmine standards, this LP grades at VG+. The labels are clean and the record plays loud and well. There are light marks that almost never affect play. The disc plays like a NM- disc but is graded at VG+ because of the marks. Hit me up at cyrusdster@gmail.com or through a PM if you're interested. PEACE, Big Jim Slade PS: If you have originals of any of the following 45s, lets talk about a trade. Roosevelt Matthews Tighten Up the Royal Five Say It to My Face Pearl Dowell Good Things Thunder, Lightning, and Rain Super Funky Brothers of Soul I'd Be Greatful Manzel Space Funk Frank Hutson Old Man Me
