Bit of a drop that from $1,300.00 to $700.00 for a record that should and has sold on here recently for around £700.00, certainly a very hard to find Detroit record which I still hold in my collection alongside E.J and the Echoes etc. you may stand a better chance of selling such records on Ebay and get the full market value.

This is such an awesome record , has to be in my top 3 whoever gets this for 700 dollars is a very lucky person . I know this is a bit anoraky but it's really nice to admire the label , both side s too.

It states VG-, Mark. $700 must be going rate I suppose in that condition. From the picture it looks quite nice but if it is really VG- $700 seems a lot to me.

When I posted the record the first time around, I did mention "I will listed to all reasonable offers". I find it strange that I only had one person make an offer. Even after providing links to sounds clips of the actual record. Did nobody listen to them? It's sounds great! Oh well... I think the buyer made a smart buy. I played the record pretty much every month for three years when I was DJ'ing back in Detroit. Miss those days...
