Was it ever re-issued? I seem to remember it being one of Robin Salter's particularly rare ones for ages, then - early 90's maybe - a few seem to appear at once.

Don't think it was re-issued - they just appeared all at once. I think it was actually Winfield Parker that had them - might be wrong.

I found 5 copies in I think Roadhouse Oldies in Baltimore around end of 80's.. Asked owner where he got them and Winfield luckily had left his tele #.
