Pete S Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Just giving notice that this is now back in my collection and will be for sale or trade very soon. DEAN COURTNEY - (LOVE) YOU JUST CAN'T WALK AWAY / BETCHA CAN'T CHANGE MY MIND - MGM 13776 ISSUE. Condition under bright light visually is EX minus, that's due to a few marks made by removal from sleeve. Play wise it is EX. I may be talking out of my arse but I honestly don't think you'll ever see another offered for sale and as a stock copy, it has to be up there with the Yum Yums as one of the very rarest issues. The minimum bid is £800, I've already been offered that. Trade wise I'd want at least £1000 in rare trades. cheers.
bri pinch Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 WOW! MUST BE RARER THAN WILLIAM POWELL , CERTAINLY A BETTER RECORD. BRI PINCH

Hi Pete, We go to Vegas regularly & meet up with Dean...he once showed me a Billboard or Cashbox R&B chart with LYJCWA in the top 40...so it sold.??...but I agree with your rarity comment based on copies seen/known. ?? Regards David
