Cover-up Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 At the risk of sounding utterly moronic, I'm surprised by how often I get asked for Sam Cooke whilst DJing - not at northern soul nights, just general funky mod soul type affairs. So, just wanted to ask - what Sam Cooke stuff has been played at northern do's over the years. And what should? What's worth investigating on SAR Records?
Guest Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 Sugar Dumpling regular spins couple of years ago

If you trail back a while, you'll find a very good thread on this subject, with a lot of contributions.
