Alamo Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Anyone got one going? What's the current rate for this? One here bud. Should pick it up for under £30 - Al https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RARE-PSYCH-FREAKBEAT-45-Sharon-Tandy_W0QQitemZ190347293137QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMusic_on_Vinyl?hash=item2c519531d1

Guest RichEvans Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Do like the Rupert's People version, hammond and instrumental is class, but Tandy's voice does it for me every time. Think I got mine for about £40 a year ago, so shouldn't be too much mate. Absolute tune!

True - I loved it when it first came out, but for some reason I've never had one - have to make do with the RP version instead!
Bigsoulman Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Slightly off topic, the RP "b" side Reflections Of Charles Brown was a big club hit up here back in the day, a lovely quite sad song almost on par with A Whiter Shade Of Pale

I know it used to command £75+ but Im gaugeing my prediction on current market climate. I could well be wrong but I'll be surprised if it goes over £40! (Hope I dont eat my words!! ) In case you were unaware Paul, this was issued twice on UK Atlantic 584124 (C/W Stay With Me) 1st Issue + 584219 (C/W Daughter Of The Sun) 2nd Issue. I think it also came out on US Atco (although ive personally never seen one). Good luck with it anyway if you bid on it. Al
