If anyone emails asking how much I'll pay for any of these the usual answer is $5 and we go from there. Just to rub it in I've had 2 Little Esther's too - 1 went to Jo and the other went in my box too. None of that is any help though If I find any more I'll give you a shout. Cheers Paul
