Help Wanted ....how To Post A Refosoul Clip

Apologies to all concerned.........I know its really tedious and im sure its been covered over and over but can someone give me an idiot proof step by step guide on how to post up a soundclip onto RefoSoul.. Im sure it must be easy but i have tried on numerous occasions and can never seem to get the hang of it Doh !

Hi,

I am no expert, but if you go into a certain thread you want to post in, click on 'Add Refosoul Clip' at the top , and then follow the instructions on filling in name, track etc.. then at bottom you have a empty box to search for your MP3 off your computer.

Hope this makes sense, cos now I cant think of the box name at bottom, but hope you get the gist of things!

Ok its called Media Video/Audion Upload, Attach a new file, you click browse (which takes you to your files on your computer,so you can select your track, then click save.
