Guest Perception Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 surely not the going price https://cgi.ebay.co.u...e=STRK:MEWAX:IT I can't understand Ebay, there was a Black label Mercury copy of this record on ebay last week for $99 and it never sold!! The black label copy is a 100 times harder to find than the red, and thats no bullshit! I think certain sellers build up a sort of kudos and get much more for a record than someone else. Manships auctions are a perfect example!

Guest bazabod_downunder Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Agree, a point I made on the subject on a recent similiar thread. Prophonics 2029 Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 The B=side sounds very good from the sound clip. I don't think its has anything to do with mates bidding up, he's a great reputable seller and a member of SS.
Haydn Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 I watched this price rocket. He's a reputable seller so I am sure it was folk with bid-finger. 11 bids? crazy days:ohmy: Can't believe it sold for more than twice the price. Rather unusual, one sold in march for £20:yes: help:g: H
Guest Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 If anyone wants to pay this price I would be happy to let my copy go
Guest REVILOT Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 I love the record and the superb flip, and have done so for over 30 tears... BUT - I think I would let my pink label demo go for ths price. Amazing....
Guest Perception Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 (edited) surely not the going price https://cgi.ebay.co.u...e=STRK:MEWAX:IT Two great sides, but that price and not in mint condition, scratched vinyl and clicks that can be heard!! Edited October 28, 2009 by Perception
