I've got quite a lot of goldmine sevens that were given to me by various people when I first started collecting records. I'm after getting rid of these to make room for our impending baby.

Are any of them worth anything or should I just job lot them on ebay?

I also have quite a few Jay Boy singles too. Again, are these worth anything?

Some Jay Boy singles are highly collectable, titles that spring to mind are Ernie & Ed, Sheppards, Jackie Lee, Bob & Earl....oh, and that one by Ray Merrell....but then you knew that anyway didn't you?

I genuinely didn't know they were collectable.

The ones I have are :

Donald Height - Talk of the grapevine

Richard Temple - That beatin rhythm

The Fi-dels - Try a little harder

The Olympics - The same old song

Jackie Lee - Would you believe

Jimmy Thomas - Where there's a will

Philip Mitchell - Winner takes all

The Furys - I'm satisfied with you

Anyone any idea on values please.

All of those you've listed are worth listing individually Paul. Some great titles there mate.

I couldn't tell you exactly what you would get for them though.

Tenner a piece, offers on individuals or for the lot i'd say mate. Fi-dels is the only one that stands out as poss £15.

RE goldmine 7's, i banged a lot of 15 on ebay early on this year and got about £120 which i was quite pleased with.

Hi Paul if you are as sad as me when it comes to collecting UK realesed Soul You keep them only if they are the first run of white labels, as some are differant A-B sides to the issues, And like all uk collectors, these titels are origanal legit 1st issues. And some of them are excellant value, I have picked them up at £1.50 each, because people covert the US orig current value for DEMO,s £5^ DAVE KIL
