THERE ARE TWO DIFFERING COPIES WITH "I CALL IT LOVE"

FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE EBAY SELLERS USING SET SALE, CONVENIENTLY FORGET TO MENTION ,THAT ONLY ONE HAS "EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU" ON FLIP AND THAT THE ONE THAT HAS'NT GOT IT ,IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT TAKE OF "I CALL IT LOVE" (SLOWED DOWN VERSION)

USUALLY A BIT CHEAPER ,JUST ENOUGH TO TEMPT YOU,BUT VERY DISAPOINTING IF YOU GET THE WRONG RECORD.

WILL SEE IF I CAN GET DETAILS OF TH DUFF COPY FOR ANYONE WANTING THE "I CALL IT LOVE" SIDE.

PS 550 isn't the wrong version it's the 1st one when they did it as a ballad.

Adys right deffo no wrong version -i love the logo me and Al Coney picked up most of the logo like alot of aycliffe lads in the early eighties ie Kev Kane and Gaz S,I can remember moaning on when i paid about 40.00 for ll erase you, I think the 57 or so releases on the logo have really stood the test of time -just a really solid soul logo with goup harmony suff,northern,crossover and a bti funkier stuff towards the end! I played the Three reasons the other night and it really blew me away-AS DOES THE ABOVE TRACK-WORTH 50 QUID of anyones money-

ps i have 4 spare carnivals by the manhattans if someone sends me 15.00 you can have them plus postage ofcourse.

I prefer the "I call it love" side and for the other side i would rather listen to Lee Shot Williams version although this has a good dance beat to it

The up tempo version is my all time fave bass line !!! Stomper !

Lee Shot Williams is a different Lee Williams than Lee Williams and the Cymbals.

Could anyone tell me if Carnival #560 "It´s Everything..." was released in 74 or 80? I´m finding different info on the net and the inlay to the Kent CD doesn´t specify the release date for 560.
