The Ambassadors On Uptown

Morning all , just following on from the MARSHA GEE - UPTOWN thread, I've got a copy of

THE AMBASSADORS -I NEED SOMEONE / BEAR WITH ME - UPTOWN 734

Although I've had this donkeys years was wondering if this has been booted

it has scratched numbers on both sides and on the I NEED SOMEONE side also has a little triangle stamped with IAM (I Think , should have gone to specsavers!!!)

any info appreciated folks

Roger , thanks for the speedy reply mate , on mine the info on the right hand side is in the same font

as the Gloria Jones (i.e. not Condensed like the popsike picture) also has the same triangle stamp and also instead of saying 'Music Co.'

it reads 'Music Company' , is this because they were pressed at different places ?

It's a minefield out there isn't it ?

Certainly is a Minefield, Definitely from different pressing plants, 3 mentioned Under Capitol Records

Guessing that my copy of UPTOWN 732 = Rainbo Record Press As it has "R-550" within the DEAD WAX Detail
