Apparently it's in excellent condition, with lots of colour photos. Anybody got an idea of it's collectibility and value?

I HAVE STILL GOT MINE, PRICE ABOUT £10 IN NICE NICK, BLUES AND SOUL No50 EARL VAN DYKE COVER, IS THE MOST DESIRABLE OF THE LARGE B&S,s WITH IT,s FAMOUSE DAVE GODIN COLUM, AND THE 2 WORDS PRINTED AS A DESCIPTIVE REFERANCE TO 6ts SOUL THAT WAS MORE POPULAR NORTH OF LUTON, AS FUNK WAS THE SOUND OF THE CAPITAL ALONG WITH PHILLY.
