Guest BigBill Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 I have a small collection of singles from my youth,had them for well over 30 years and I have been reading about, bootleg,reissues copies etc, can anyone please tell me a fool proof way of spotting the differences between original copies and the bootlegs etc, thank you in advance, Bill
Gasher Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 no because all are different best way is to buy the bootleg giude off manship or post up scans on here most of us can tell by the pictures in 95% of the cases.. or post up a list of titles and we can also say whether or not it has been bootlegged. best gasher

You will always find help on here, as mentioned via scan, deadwax etc. Worth posting either here or in "THE SHARP END OF VINYL" for a specific title.
