Is there much price difference between the Stereo copy and the Mono copy?, as i have the album on a White label promo recorded in Mono. Dave f.........
Windlesoul Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 Tempests at least 70 these days (was 40 about 8-10 years ago), stereo does seem more common (not seen a mono? Though probs not looked closely enough) and worth every bean! Righteous Bros 20 (but total bargain, "Its up to you" just AMAZING!) Metros 70ish (how can this be poor mans Since I found my baby with a cover and other brill toones on this. Also seems to be another resurge of interest again for I'll never forget you, though doesn't quite top the O'Jays for me) Terry Callier 12" 30 but has gone for 40/50 lately see thread on this People who don't collect LPs, particularly of the quality above, are clinically dead (IMO)! I'll take commission Sid. Mark
Philippe Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 Larry Saunders £30 "Free Angela" is much more : Larry Saunders But for me "The prophet of Soul" is much better.
phillyDaveG Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 Sorry if my prices seemed a little low, however I've sold all the above for the prices shown within the last year, and I thought I was offering a fair price. The Tempests turns up all the time and is certainly not a rare album, more a case of supply and demand I imagine. Also, in the current climate, I wouldn't expect top prices for stuff at the moment.
