I've always considered the WD to be tougher than the red stock copies.

Yes, I agree - but neither of them not tough at all - in the scheme of things

Yes, I had one...was quite excited to get it at the time, as all one ever saw were red ones at that point!

In fact I had a small bunch of them back in the late 80's...when we all used to buy via Discoveries/Goldmine magazines...happy days.

issue goes for about £100 and ive seen Demo`s up for sale at nigh on £200

there was a big demand for this last year for some reason

I want the green demo - stupid rare!

Living happily in my collection for many years now is what I consider to be the first copy ever played on the scene ( unless anybody knows different?) It was my mate Blue Max's copy which got spins at the Catacombs and other pre Wigan venues of that era. It is a stock copy and I was offered a near mint wdj in trade as the lad knew it's history, but I turned it down. Financially I should have done the swap, but I don't care as it matters more to me who and where. Anybody else like me, or would you all have taken the demo?
