Spook Posted September 5, 2009 Posted September 5, 2009 Hi all, The Brenda Holloway 45 I'm On The Right Track backed with the IMO the brilliant My World is Crumbling. Anybody know anything about this release, quantities, how much is it worth etc. I don't think I will sell it as I love MWIC. I would just like your opinions. Thanks Spook
Guest carl_p Posted September 5, 2009 Posted September 5, 2009 is there and ARP stamped in the deadwax? If so it's legit. if not it's a repro.
Spook Posted September 5, 2009 Author Posted September 5, 2009 Hi Carl, No stamp, just JC 765A scratched in, and B on the b side. Spook

Thanks Spook Came out back in the 90S s if I remember right. It was a good quality pressing and looked much better than the others that followed later eg Baby A GoGo. etc. The guy behind it had quite alot of genuine Motown test pressings as well.......
Rob Moss Posted September 5, 2009 Posted September 5, 2009 (edited) There were 50 copies of the yellow 'issue' made, apparently. Edited September 5, 2009 by Rob Moss
Anoraks Corner Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 Superb tracks! I remember YannV brought some of these freshly pressed white labels back in the Spring of 2000...I started playing IOTRT at the Capitol Soul Club nights during May 2000. The labels were plain and totally blank...the one pictured with the blue print is obviously trying to replicate an ARP test pressing. Rob - are you saying there were some original 60's presses?
Dave Moore Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 This (MWIC) was first pressed on a Carolinas label (boot) Tamtown wasn't it? Really good quality soundwise and it replicated the Tamla label. Although not sure if IOTRT is on the flip. (Not with 45s so can't check.)
