I think they were done around 1993, the art work was done courtesy of Dave Rimmer, Jimmie & the Entertainers is next I think? The Hyperions was £70 off Tim Brown at the time, I can't believe what it goes for now, and there was a few about back then!!!

Many thanks posting it up, great days back then, not a bad listing either, there was another one after that that had tracks on like Anita Anderson - A little bit longer, Les Chansonettes, Carol Anderson - Taking my mind off love, Dynells - Call on me, Karmello Brooks - Tell me baby, plus many more.

Still got that onethumbsup.gif

Great track listing, the quality was high back then, however it still is now if you're in the right places! There seems a lot more quality soul 45's about now than there was then, and that's got to be down to the internet.

Back to the topic in question... Guy played it as the Milestones, i'll post the one from his tape, Guy's Monsters 87. Keep meaning to do a topic purely for the tape. Wasn't Guy playing it off an acetate?

Funnily enough they'll both be coming out of my little box to play at USOS on 19th - and I guarantee every fecker'll sit down when they do laugh.gif

He's back with me pal, couldn't live without him. How can you not own a record which contains the words egg foo yung - I finally saw sensethumbup.gif

Seriously, I can think of a few things I've had to let go because of cashflow problems and that I've regretted, Billy was one of em (alongside Limelights, Matt Lucas, Idols, Billy Miranda etc) - as long as you know where they've gone though there's always the possibility when things improve ... ...

take it easy bud

Phil
