waterfall_manc Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 I have a couple of random questions that hopefully someone might be able to assist me with: I have an Otis Blackwell - Its All over me on a red Columbia - pretty sure it's a boot - can anyone clear this up for me? I think it was only ever released in the US.... Interested in a track called the Soul Communicators - Those lonely nights - Can't find anything about it - can anyone shed any light on this track? Many thanks for any help

Many thanks for any help Maxwell me old chum, get saving for this one im afraid! A cracking tune but you'll be going up a couple of notches on your budget's upper limit Not that easy to come by, although not overly rare. Have a listen to Frank Popp's 'Breakaway', it samples this tune and does a pretty good job at it IMO.

"Finger Poppin' Babe" by the Del Vikings on Fee Bee uses the same backing track (apparently) and only sells for around £75. Think Dave Flynn had one for sale on here recently.
