Baz, I sold my copy recently for £80. There is another great track on the lp also. The tune is very instant and sounds fantastic, but like all catchy tunes you soon tire of it. You should get in touch with my mate Dave Rivers. As far as I know Dave discovered the track and has been playing an acetate of it for a long time. He also aquired as many copies of the album as he could, and he may still have one for sale. You can reach him at upbeatrecords@hotmail.com

Good for you. It's a classic pop LP which lots of people outside of the northern soul scene have loved since it was released. Lori Burton is a famous/legendary songwriter, the LP is very common and there are thousands of M- cut-out copies out there. A recent copy of the LP sold on eBay for $4.99. Another didn't sell with an opening bid of $19.99. It shouldn't cost you more than £10 (maybe £15 including postage) if you have a look around on the interent for just a moment or two.
