boxing.gif I have also got this preview 45, its a great car boot find as all preview singles are and in some cases Flexi singles as you never no whats on them? as I love this sort of thing I would give a value probably above what most would give, they are rare, but not ultra rare as this single does not have a rare track on it? great music but not rare, my value would be £10 but most collectors would not appreciate the historical aspect of the disc, the Action People single is perhaps a much more wanted review record, and as I say certain Flexi discs such as the Tamla-Motown disc that came with Chartbusters 5, or now Micheal Jackson has died the Flexi Valentine present the Jackson 5, must have gone up in price?...in fact is there a list of unusual promo/flexi discs that have a soul connection in existence? ph34r.gif DAVE KIL

Dave, I love reading your replies, it's like Stanley Unwin never kippered it.

Thanks for your answer Dave , but does anyone know whether it was ever issued commercially ? and was it used to promote a tour of the artists or was it a freebie given out at the gigs if there was a tour ?

cheers

Those four acts made up the Super Soul package and played the Hammersmith Odeon on 17th April 1975. I can't remember if there was a full tour, or just that one show, but parts of it were filmed for The Old Grey Whistle Test.

Edit - here are some small scans of the programme, found on this site https://www.peterice.com/Programmes2.htm
