"Can't seem to get you out of my mind" ( Yesterday's dream LP & dutch 45 only)

& "Where did you go"...for me

Is TMG 710 (solid centre) Do What You Gotta Do / Can't Seem To Get You Out Of My Mind a re-issue? Both favourites of mine, one for playing at home one for playing out to dance.

But ...... fav track over the last few years is "Look Out Your Window" from Soul Spin Lp MS 695, wonderful track ripe for playing today. Lp also has a cool version of "Got To Get You Into My Life" on.

No one seems to have answered this one yet...

As far as I'm aware, this was only out once in the UK so no it's not a re-issue :thumbsup:

In fact the flip side "Can't seem to get you..." wasn't released on a single in the States at all. I don't know how many other countries actually did release it though, but it would appear that at least Holland did.

Does anyone know of any other countries which released this song on a single?

"Call me" were the last words I remember,

As the spring became December,

And I still got no reply;

Politely I would ask whoever knew you,

What it was that I did to you,

But they all knew less than I;

If this letter doesn't make it clear,

It's been a cold and lonely year,

In my empty bed, in my head,

I can feel you near.................

Oh, I just can't get you out of my mind,

Don't you have a heart,

I've served my time,

Their Motown records were timeless classics, but some of their best stuff was done with ABC-Dunhill.
