Yeah I've noticed some things I have that are mint sometimes the sound quality is shocking on them. and before anyone say's it I.m talking about originals not boots :thumbup: Must be there equipment they had back in the day.

Hi, I have the same with poor quality sound (sealed copy), but series exists (I listened to one) with good quality sound...and it's very hard to find!

the story with this is that alvin cash bootlegged his own LP and was selling it in local record stores even in the late 90s pretty much until he died. actual originals have good sound quality, his bootlegs don't.

laugh.gif I bidded on that! Didn't think anyone would want it with no cover, I managed to get ONLY the cover a couple of hours earlier for £5.20 and thought I'd get that vinyl to match it up. I think I went to about £11 for the vinyl. Here's the cover I got a few hours previous....

I don't know when he pressed the bootlegs, just that he still had them until when he died. Maybe there are poor quality originals too. Why would the original Chicago press have a frankford wayne stamp though?
