Harry Crosby Posted May 24, 2009 Posted May 24, 2009 Hi all, trying to make a payment through paypal for records ive got on hold off s/s sales section, after ive logged in and clicked on send money, put in the recipients e-mail addy amount there is then underneath the amount a purpose transaction option, so you click on the transaction you want, then go to next, but it keeps sending me an error saying you must select a purpose for your transaction? anybody else having problems with this? have rang them and they told me to open another browser and go through there, but its the same on all browsers? thanks in advance for any help

If you're using Explorer click the 'Compatibility View' at the top of your browser next to the refresh button. This worked for me and got me to the next page.
