Ruby Andrews Just Loving You..spotting A Boot?

A Ruby Andrews went through on Ebay tonight and only fetched £49. "Just loving you "and the love I need".1010 I think it was original but I went out and missed it.I asked seller if it was original and she said it was.It was in VG.Looked like a bargain at that price.Anyone shed any light on if there are boots with love I need on flip? Just seemed too good to be true to go at that price!

I think it has been booted, on ebay 12/18 months ago someone was selling a copy of it, it was £9.99 buy it now, when I looked at his/hers other records for sale there were at least 10 copies all £9.99 & all buy it now,

and when you looked at the Zodiac label The 'Z' looked like a 'X'

Not sure if it has been booted, but this record on ebay is so varied in price its untrue.

Many go cheap, but usually not as good a condition, VG or less (most have label wear).

Its only really the minters on ebay that fetch the good money for Just loving you.

Just an observation

The one with otis smith on flip is of course boot/reissue but wondered if it had been counterfeited.I just think at £50 it would have been worth having.thanks for your input everyone.

It's simply not a rare record, most of her Zodiac stuff sold well locally in the Mid West and so a copy in that condition is only worth what it sold for, it's value has always be driven more by it's popularity, rather than rarity.

But I replied to the original question as in no boots with "love I need " on the flip

the one you are on about is a reissue with a different artist on the flip so it isnt a bootleg of the original

It was a friend of mine who bought it & it's not a boot & it plays well

my original copy has the ztsc matrix stamped in the run-out groove, :unsure:ph34r.gif
