Good morning fellow sourcers, have a track by the above on tape with no title info, understand it was a british pharlaphone release, can one of you knowlegable people help me out with the track, and give me some idea as to the value, many thanks -HARRY

It's called Everybody I Know, Harry. Was disovered in the Manchester area 1977, never really went big but has been known since then.

MY MATE GARY BEATY ..PLAYED THIS IN HIS SETS AT WINSFORD ,AT THE LAST WINSFORD HE WAS SELLING UP SO HE MAY STILL HAVE A COPY OF THIS FOR AROUND £50

I am 20 years too young for Wigan so I am only going on what a Welsh collector was telling me a few months ago !

Pete--it was defo played at Wigan--it was championed by Dave McCadden and Siz(rip) around about 1978 at the same time as Helen Shapiro(Stop) etc.--a record heard a lot round Manchester mid week venues as well as in the main room at Station Rd. a few times.I loved it at the time(not now tho!!) i eventually got a demo and that copy now resides with Chris Holmes in York--i sold him it for £50 IN 1990 and would rate it about a ton now--a very rare U.K.item.

just saying I never heard it played there - I knew Siz discovered it about the same time as Sue Lynne and McCadden reviewed it in Soul Time

my mate is certain that they dont exist ?

And that is why it is a very rare 60s collectors piece !

A real nice rare and forgotton British Northern Soul 45 ! (with wigan casino history)

and I thought it was just a good 60s MOD record that I liked !
