I often see listings such as..."Disc: M-" or "Disc: VG"

Are these normally visual grades or play-grades?

There's been a few threads on this sort of thing lately; worth a search & read. To my surprise, the grading you mention normally means visual - which means it can sound like proper cack when you get to play it
