Hi Joan

For many who dont have the network of long established collectors and Djs such as Mark and yourself this is a very hard one to find these days, I'm sure there are a few copies about but they are filed away in collections and aint for sale, you tell me when one last came up for sale.

The reason this one is up for offers is because its a hard one to price not because its a holy grail tune, you dont see it to often and for some reason dont hear it either.

As Mark quite rightly says its a cracking tune.

Cheers Darren

But if its in JMs price guide shouldnt it be offers around that!

Just because a record hasnt been seen for abit of time doesnt automatically mean it should be "An offers" record or you will get every Tom dick or harry doing it on anything - Just because one person says they havent seen it for a while! The number of times someone on here says "Its a hard one" or "Not seen that often" etc etc is embarrasing when guess what a number of copies had been sold in previous months or were currently up for sale or a few days later 2 copies came on the market. Someone recently put up a clip of a record and said it wasnt easy to find. Guess what - went on gemm and their were several copies for sale!

P.S Sonny Daye is a lovely record though!

Be interested to know it's value though?

Must be common cos I've got one too

I paid $213 (about 140 quid) for my M- copy off ebay mid march, there was another copy more recently which went for slightly less I think.

Popsike has some old listings which show anything from $104 to $392. Someone did well at $104.

JM has it at £250 in his latest guide.

Looks like it is a hard one to price
