Looking For Julie From York

Does anyone know what has happened to Julie Dobbs from York also Bev and Sylv (from Ripon I think.) Used to go to Wigan with them in the seventies. I am from Chesterfield but would love to catch up with them Are they still on the scene? Grateful for any info!

Hi there julie dobbs now theres a memory jerker, julie went to a kibuts in the early eighties and dropped of the scene, was talking to bev the other week on the phone she`s just re-married, and she tells me she`s a regular at the lowton soul nights, sylvia lived in york for a while with andy scott, however there no longer together, havn`t seen or heard anything about her for years now, three great friends from my past

Also lived in Scaboro for a while used to get coach to Wigan and pick up at york. Used to go with Nick and Tommy and loads of us cant remember names but lots of pics. I Attended Jaspers at york can remember going to Halifax dayers with Dave Evison. Antony Haddock and Simone Delaney come to mind Think Antony died in a house fire or something not sure? Bet you knew Frankie and Jaffa, also Sara from Ottley, Louise and Jimmy from Selby. All old friends Ahh Memories ehh.

I still attend various venues in the midlands and Chesterfield. Thanks anyway

yep know all those names, also there was frankie from redcar, she`s down in the midlands now i believe, when julie went of on her kibuts trip i lent her £200 pounds so she gave me her records as security on the loan, i certainly got the best of that deal she left me with some great stuff and never collected them back, we`ll have met years ago probably i had some happy times at rudies in scarboro and jaspers, god havn`t heard the name jaffa for years-HAPPY DAYS INDEED, if you want bevs number let me know i`m sure she`d be pleased to hear from you [she new how to party that girl eh ]
