Greasbrough Wmc Northern Soul N Motown Night

Well what a great start to 2025 at our January event, it was the busiest night we’ve had apart from our December charity one. It was a fantastic turnout, so a massive heartfelt THANK YOU to all who came and supported us, including a long distance couple, Mark and Carol from Grimsby/Cleethorpes soul collective, and for everyone else’s support in the past. We had lots of great feedback from punters, very inspiring, thankfully only one negative which was the excess lighting ‘glitch’, which has been addressed and sorted for this month and onwards   Same as last year, we are sticking with the same format of three house DJ’s plus another guest DJ, this months is Neil Hardwick, who between them will be playing a great mix of classic/mainstream Northern soul, uplifting Motown dancers, R ‘n B soul, Philly soul, Latin soul, a bit of rare and a bit of modern soul, hopefully something to please all ears. As usual, it's FREE entry, cheap bar prices, big car park, a ‘fantastic’ (as declared by dancers) talc friendly dancefloor - (please use talc in moderation, though it's not really needed), and plenty of great tunes to either shake a tail feather to, or just sit and enjoy listening to. And it is still a freezing winter so 4 hours in The Club will be cheaper than heating and lighting the home for 4 hours, and there’s a very strong possibility you will enjoy it as plenty are doing, bonus.
